What does membership cost?

We offer two membership options:

  • 24/7 Access — $35/week
  • FF Group Classes — $55/week

Membership includes a 52-week commitment, a $75 initiation, and 4 weeks’ notice at the end of term.

Yes. We’re looking for members who are committed to training, not people testing the waters. Details are provided after your application is reviewed.
Submit your application. If there’s alignment, we’ll reach out to schedule a private tour. If you’re accepted, you’ll receive a membership offer. The process typically takes a few days.
We don’t have a fitness test. We’re looking for people who respect the space, train seriously, and don’t need to be managed. If that sounds like baseline expectations, you’ll fit in fine.
No. We don’t do day passes, free trials, or guest drops. The application process exists to protect the environment for current members.
24/7 access with your member keycard. No blackout times. No restrictions.
Yes. We have coaches available for one-on-one training. Details are shared during onboarding.
We’ve sourced machines from around the world — Panatta, Arsenal Strength, Atlantis, Prime Fitness, Rogue. If you know those names, you know what to expect. If you don’t, you’ll feel the difference on rep one.
Guest policies are limited and discussed with members directly. We cap membership for a reason — bringing outside traffic defeats the purpose.
