Membership Terms – 1858 athletic club

TERMS

Must be age 18 years or older to enroll.

Anyone under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign all documentation in order to become a member.

Membership and Sessions Agreements

All membership types are non-transferable, non-assignable, and non-saleable..

Cancellations of Membership

Cancellations are without penalty thirty (30) days prior to agreement expiration. Written notice via email or letter required.

Contracted Membership and Session(s) Membership

Not subject to any early termination options with exception of death, disability or relocation 25 miles or more from 1858 athletic club.
